Terms of Service

By using vokar.studio, joining the waitlist, or backing the Kickstarter campaign, you agree to these terms.

All product designs, brand assets, copy, code, and the VOKAR fictional universe are the property of Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially adapt them without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason permitted by law, including product unavailability, inventory errors, pricing error, payment risk, suspected fraud, or coupon abuse. If we cancel an order because of a pricing error or our own fulfillment issue before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items in accordance with applicable law.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Personalized or custom-made items, including laser-engraved names, custom IDs, custom mission text, and monogrammed kits, are made for the individual customer. Once production has started, such items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect, the wrong item was made, or a remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

For cross-border shipments, prices shown at checkout may not include import duties, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, or customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. The customer is responsible for these charges. If a customer refuses to pay duties, taxes, or customs charges, fails to clear customs, or provides incorrect shipping information, Vokar Studio is not responsible for refunding shipping or personalized production costs except where required by mandatory consumer rights.

Vokar is a storytelling and collectible design brand. VOKAR Interstellar Exploration, ORIN, route dates, mission crew, passports, citizen IDs, terminal screens, and boarding passes are fictional narrative elements. They do not provide, reserve, certify, or imply access to real space travel, aviation travel, immigration status, insurance, medical clearance, government identification, or aerospace services.

Customized names, messages, and mission text must not include hate speech, threats, explicit sexual content, illegal instructions, impersonation of public authorities, or third-party trademarks used in a misleading way. We may refuse or request changes to any customization that creates legal, safety, or fulfillment risk.

When you submit a photo, caption, or any content to Vokar Studio (e.g., the Photo Wall), you grant Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for Vokar marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your content. For photos and likeness use, the Photo Release terms apply and control any revocation process.

Kickstarter is operated by Kickstarter, PBC. Backing the campaign is a transaction between you and Kickstarter, governed by their Terms of Use. Vokar Studio is responsible for product fulfillment as described on the Kickstarter campaign page, but campaign delays, platform changes, or fulfillment issues unrelated to product quality fall under Kickstarter's policies.

The Vokar Kit is a collectible and display product. Items are not certified for actual aerospace, aviation, medical, government identification, safety-critical, or child-toy use. Keep small parts away from young children.

Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited's total liability arising out of any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to verified users at least 14 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the notice of arbitration is submitted. The seat of arbitration is Hong Kong, the tribunal will consist of one arbitrator, and the language of arbitration is English.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal with jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
