1. Where we ship

Worldwide. Vokar Studio ships to over 120 countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us — we likely can still get it to you.

Please note that our primary expedited carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.

2. Processing time

Standard items: 1-3 business days from payment confirmation. Personalized items (engraving, custom IDs): 5-10 business days. You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order leaves our Hong Kong warehouse.

These are carrier estimates. Customs delays in your country may add days. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather events, or global logistics disruptions.

4. Carriers

We use SF International, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and local postal services depending on destination. The carrier choice is automated based on weight, value, and destination.

5. Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do not mark up shipping — what you pay is what we pay the carrier. Free shipping promotions, when offered, are absorbed by Vokar.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance fees levied by the destination country or carrier. Vokar cannot predict these costs as they vary by country and item value. We declare actual order value on customs forms.

If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs due to the buyer's refusal to pay duties and taxes, failure to complete customs clearance, or due to an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. For personalized items (e.g., custom engraved passes), no refunds will be issued under these circumstances unless required by mandatory consumer law.

7. Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order at any time from /account/orders or via the link in your shipment confirmation email.

8. Lost or damaged shipments

See our Refund Policy. If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us with your order number and issue details. We will check with the carrier and handle it as soon as possible.

Please inspect your artifact upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. For shipments marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days so we can open a carrier investigation while records are still fresh.
