Refund Policy

1. Final sale

Vokar Studio orders are final sale. No returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect personal information supplied by the customer, or items that have already been used.

2. Personalized items

Personalized items, including custom-engraved boarding passes, custom citizen IDs, and monogrammed kits, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a product issue.

3. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has missing parts, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will review it and handle it as soon as possible.

4. How to contact us

Email [email protected] with your order number and issue details. We are a small studio, but every order issue is reviewed by a real person and we reply as soon as possible.

5. Lost or delayed shipments

If your order is lost or seriously delayed in transit, please contact us. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and follow up as soon as possible.

6. International customs

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by their country. If a parcel is refused at customs, the order is non-refundable (we cannot recover the cost of cross-border shipping).
