About Vokar

  • What is Vokar Studio?+

    Vokar Studio is an immersive storytelling brand. We design objects — boarding passes, citizen IDs, starship models — that act as artifacts from a fictional interstellar exploration agency. Buy one, hold the future in your hand.

  • Are these real space tickets?+

    No. These are story-driven art objects, not actual transportation. Think of them as the difference between a model train and a real train — same craftsmanship, different purpose.

  • Who runs Vokar?+

    A small team based in Hong Kong, operating under Blue Star Innovation Technology Limited. We make every item ourselves.

Products

  • Can I customize my boarding pass?+

    Yes. Add your name, choose a destination (Luna / Mars / Black Hole / Wormhole), and write a message during checkout. Each pass is engraved or printed individually.

  • What's in the Vokar Kit?+

    The full kit includes: a boarding pass, a citizen ID card, a Cyber Card Holder, a fabric mission patch, a sticker pack, and the Operator's Manual. See product page for details.

  • Are you on Etsy?+

    Yes — see footer link. Etsy carries our basic items. Custom-engraved items and the full Kit are only available here.

  • When will the full story content open?+

    The story archive opens with the Vokar Space Kit and Kickstarter campaign. For now, join the waitlist to receive launch updates.

Shipping

  • How long does shipping take?+

    Standard items ship in 1-3 business days. Delivery: 5-10 days for Asia, 7-14 days for US/EU/AU, 14-25 days for Latin America/Africa. Personalized items add 5-10 days for production.

  • Do you ship to my country?+

    We ship worldwide (120+ countries). If your country isn't in the checkout dropdown, email [email protected] — we can probably still arrange it.

  • What about customs duties?+

    Customs / import taxes are paid by you to your country's customs at delivery. We declare actual order value. Most small orders pass through without duties; check your country's threshold.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?+

    Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay (via Stripe); and 8 cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, LTC, DOGE) via WalletConnect or QR scan.

  • Is paying with crypto safe?+

    Yes. We use NOWPayments for crypto. Funds go to a deposit address that is monitored on-chain — once 1-2 confirmations land, your order is fulfilled. Orders are final sale unless there is a product issue.

  • Why does crypto have a minimum order amount?+

    On-chain transaction fees apply per payment. For very small orders ($1-5), the network fee may exceed the order value, so NOWPayments rejects them. We recommend USDT-TRC20 for small orders (lowest fee), or batching items for $20+ orders.

  • Can I get an invoice / receipt?+

    Order confirmation email serves as a receipt. For company invoicing (with company name and tax number), email [email protected] with your order number and we will reply as soon as possible.
